Notify the recruiter if you are experiencing unusual shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness or lightheadedness, or any other unusual symptoms. Immediately ston participating if you are experiencing unusual exhaustion or extreme muscle fatigue.
Outdoor physical activities will be halted when temperatures exceed Black Flag (WBGTI of 90 and above degrees F). Remember to stay hydrated and consume plenty of water days before and during the Tryout.
Before starting any activity that requires physical exertion, a warm-up will be conducted to lessen chance of injury and prepare your body for increased heartrate and blood pressure. Once the activity has ended, a cool-down is encouraged to safely allow your heartrate and blood pressure to regulate to its normal state.
